The ATMEGA103-6AU is one member of the ATMEGA103 family which is designed as the 8-bit microcontroller with 64K/128K bytes in-system programmable flash. The core is based on an enhanced RISC architecture that combines a rich instruction set with 32 general purpose working registers. Also it achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
