ATT1700A Series

The ATT1700A Series Serial ROM family consists of one-time programmable (OTP) devices.It is available in 8-pin,plastic DIP.8-pin SOIC and 20-pin PLCC package.There are some features as follows.First is 32K,64K and 128K*1 Serial ROMs for configuration of ATT3000 and ORCA Series FPGAs.Then is pinout and functional replacement of Xilinx XC1700 series.Then is simple 4-wire interface.Next is cascadable to support large FPGAs,multiple configurations and multiple FPGAs.The fifth is programming support from leading programmer manufacturers.The sixth is programmable polarity on RESET/OE pin.The seventh is full static operation.The eighth is standby current--100A typical.The ninth is operating current--10 mA maximum.The tenth is 10 MHz maximum clock rate.The last one is electrostatic discharge protection:>4000 V.
