AWT1921

The AWT1921 is a four stage monolithic amplifier for use in communication systems that require high gain and output intercept point. The device has been specifically designed for fixed satellite access quipment and handest booster amplifier applications. It has many unique features: The first one is high output intercept point. The second one is high linearity. The third one is true surface mount package. The forth one is low cost. The fifth one is off chip output matching circuit allows applicaiton optimization,etc.

Input return loss is 11 dB typ.Gain flantness is 0.8 dB typ when Pout is +35 dBm.Thermal resistance is 4.5 C/W.
