AXL series is a kind of 16 pin,3 bit ECL programmable active.

What comes next is about the DC electrical characteristics (V_CC1=V_CC2=GND,V_EE=5.2 V±0.01 V,output loading with 50 Ohms to -2.0 V±0.01 V).The minimum V_OH (high level output voltage) is -960 mV at V_IL=MIN.The V_OHT (high level output threshod voltage) is -980 mV.The maximum V_OLT (low level output threshold voltage) is -1630 mV.The maximum V_OL (output low voltage) is -1650 mV at V_IH=MAX.The maximum I_IH (high level input current) is 15 mA at V_IH=MAX.The minimum I_IL (low level input current) is 0.5 mA at V_IL=MIN.The maximum I_EE (V_EE supply current) is 75 mA.

The following is about the recommended operating conditions.The minimum V_EE (supply voltage (negative)) is 4.94 V and the maximum is 5.46 V.The V_CC (circuit ground (Pins 1 and 16)) is 0 V.The minimum V_IH (high level input voltage) is -980 mV and the maximum is -810 mV.The minimum V_IHT (high level input threshold voltage) is -1105 mV.The minimum V_IL (low level input voltage) is -1850 mV and the maximum is -1630 mV.The maximum V_ILT (low level input threshold voltage) is -1475 mV.The minimum PW (pulse width % of total delay) is 40%.The T_A (operating free-air temperature) is from -30 to +80℃.
