      AXZ have five features.The first one is that the wide capacitance range of AXZ is from 1.0 to 1,500 F.The second one is about solvent proof.The third one is that the operating voltage range of AXZ series is from 6.3 WVDC to 50 WVDC.The fourth one is about low impedance.The last one is about extended life.
      The following is about specification of AXZ.Capacitance tolerance would be within ±20% at 120Hz and 20. Operating temperature range should be -55 to +105.Dissipation factor(tan ) at 120Hz and 20°C is as follows.When WVDC is 6.3 and D=4~6.3,tan should be 0.24.When WVDC is 10 and D=4~6.3,tan should be 0.20.When WVDC is 16 and D=4~6.3,tan should be 0.16.When WVDC is 25 and D=4~6.3,tan should be 0.14.When WVDC is 35 and D=4~6.3,tan should be 0.12.When WVDC is 50 and D=4~6.3,tan should be 0.12.When WVDC is 6.3 and D=8,10,tan should be 0.28.When WVDC is 10 and D=8,10,tan should be 0.24.When WVDC is 16 and D=8,10,tan should be 0.20.When WVDC is 25 and D=8,10,tan should be 0.16.When WVDC is 35 and D=8,10,tan should be 0.14.When WVDC is 50 and D=8,10,tan should be 0.14.Leakage current should be 0.01CV or 3A whichever is greater when the time is 2 minutes.When temp is -25/ +20, impedance ratio at 120 Hz should respevtively be 3,2,2,2and 2 corresponding to WVDC are 6.3,10,16,25,35 and 50.When temp is -40/ +20 the corresponding impedance ratio at 120 Hz should respevtively be 5,4,4,3,3and 3.Load life should be 2,000 hours at 105 with rated voltage (D 6.3, 1000hrs.) when capacitance change 25% of initial measured values,dissipation factor 200% initial specified value and leakage current 100% Initial specified value.Shelf life should be 1000 hours at 85 with no applied voltage.Capacitors placed on a 250°C hot plate for 30 seconds with their electrode terminals facing downward will fulfill the following conditions after being cooled to room temperature when capacitance change 10% of the initial measured value,dissipation factor The initial specified value and leakage current The Initial specified value.
