B412-15-5

The B412-15-5 is smaller in size than other high voltage rectifiers, compact tubular construction and flexible leads facilitate circuit mounting and provide excellent thermal conductivity. These units are ideally suited for commercial and industrial applications including high voltage power supplies, electrostatic applications, cathode ray tubes, oscilloscopes, TV, display, X-ray and laser.
 
Diodes used consist of double diffused junctions, bonded selected and pre-tested for uniform electrical characteristics. Compact, rugged, tubular construction eliminates sharp edges to reduce corona common to rectangular packages.The B412-15-5 units meet moisture resistance requirements of MIL Standard 202A, Method 106. A varied operating range is available from 5,000 volts to 50,000 volts PIV, 5mA to 25mA and available in both standard and fast recovery series.
