BA5929FP General Description
The BA5929FP is a power driver for compact disc players.It's structure is silicon monolithic integrated circuit.
Features of the BA5929FP are:(1)3-ch BTL driver;(2)use of an HSOP-25 pin power package can achieve downsizing of the set;(3)a wide dynamic range(VCC12=5V,VCC3=12V,4.2V(typ.)when RL=8;(4)a bulit-in thermal shutdown circuit is installed;(5)a bulit-in general operational amplifier installed;(6)through the standby terminal,the power saving mode can be set.
The absolute maximum ratings of the BA5929FP can be summarized as(Ta=25):(1)power supply voltage,VCC12,VCC3:13.5V;(2)power dissipation,Pd:1.45*1W;(3)operating temperature range,Topr:-35 to 85;(4)storage temperature range,Tstg:-55 to 150.When mounted on the glass/epoxy board with the size:70mm*70mm,the thickness:1.6mm,and the rate of copper foil occupancy area:3% or less.Over Ta=25,derating at the rate of 11.6mW/.
