Description

The BA6247 is designed as one kind of reversible motor driver device that has some points of features:(1)Two reversible-motor drivers in each unit; (2)Built-in thermal shutdown circuit; (3)Output voltage can be set arbitrarily; (4)HSIP10pin package with radiation fins; (5)Available in a HSOP25pin surface-mount package (BA6247FP-Y).

The absolute maximum ratings of the BA6247 can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage: 20 V;(2)power dissipation: 2000 mW;(3)operating temperature: -25 to +75 ;(4)storage temperature: -55 to +150 ;(5)input voltage: -0.2 V to +6 V;(6)output current: 1.0 A.

The electrical characteristics of this device can be summarized as:(1)operating voltage: 8 to 18 V;(2)output reference voltage: 18 V;(3)input low level voltage: 1.0 V;(4)input high level voltage: 3.5 V;(5)output low level voltage: 0.9 V to 1.5 V;(6)output high level voltage: 10.0 V to 10.5 V;(7)output offset voltage: -0.5 to 0.5 V.
