BA892 E6327

The BA892 E6327 is one member of the BA892 series.It has the following features including (1)for band switching in TV/VTR tuners and mobile applications;(2)very low forward resistance (typ. 0.45 @ 3 mA);(3)small capacitance.

The Serial Programming Mode pin (SPM) BA892 E6327 makes this selection. Three default offset settings are also provided. The AEA and AEB threshold can be set at 8, 16 or 64 locations from the empty boundary and the AFA and AFC threshold can be set at 8, 16 or 64 locations from the full boundary. All these choices are made using the FS0 and FS1 inputs during Master Reset.   Two or more FIFOs may be used in parallel to create wider data paths. Such a width expansion requires no additional, external components.
