BB202

The BB202 is a variable capacitance diode, fabricated in planar technology, and encapsulated in the SOD523 ultra small SMD plastic package.It has five unique features: (1) very steep C/V curve; (2) C0.2: 30.5 pF; C2.3: 9.5 pF; (3) C0.2 to C2.3 ratio: min. 2.5; (4) very low series resistance; (5) ultra small SMD plastic package.

There are some limiting values about BB202. (1): continuous reverse voltage(VR) is 6 V max; (2): continuous forward current(IF) is 10 mA max; (3): storage temperature(Tstg) is -55°C +85°C; (4): operating junction temperature(Tj) is -55°C +85°C.

Otherwise,there are also some electrical characteristics about BB202 when Tj is 25 , unless otherwise specified. (1): reverse current(IR) is 10 nA max when VR is 6 V; (2): diode series resistance(rs) is 0.35 ohm typ and 0.6 ohm max when f is 100 Mhz and C is 30 pF; (3): diode capacitance(Cd) is 28.2 pF min and 33.5 pF max when Vr is 0.2 V , f is 1 MHz; (4): capacitance ratio is 2.5 min when f is 1 MHz.
