BD1601MUV

The BD1601MUV is designed as one kind of 6-parallel white-LED driver for mobile phone and the BD1601MUV has two points of features:(1)automatically transition to each mode charge pomp type DC / DC converter;(2)4 channels LED driver (0.5 mA to 30 mA, 64 steps).

The absolute maximum ratings of the BD1601MUV can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage: 7.0 V;(2)power dissipation: 750 mW;(3)operating temperature range of BD1601MUV: -30 to +85 ;(4)storage temperature range: -55 to +150 ;(5)input voltage: GND-0.3 to VBAT+0.3 V.
