BD3843FS General Description
The BD3843FS is a kind of 6ch function switch. It is structured as a silicon monolithic integrated circuit. There are some features as follows: (1)for 2nd room entertainment; (2)for 2nd source recording.
The following is about the absolute maximum ratings: (1)power supply voltage, VCC: 7.5 V; (2)power supply voltage, VEE: -7.5 V; (3)input signal voltage, VIN: VCC+0.3 to VEE-0.3 V; (4)power dissipation, Pd: 800 mW ; (5)operating temperature, Topr: -20 to +75; (6)storage temperature, Tstg: -55 to +125.
The last one is about the operating voltage range: (1)power supply voltage (both power sources), VCC-GND: 4 to 7.3 V; (2)power supply voltage (both power sources), VEE-GND: -4 to -7.3 V; (3)power supply voltage (single power source), VCC-VEE: 8 to 14.6 V.
