BD9740KN-E2 General Description
The BD9740KN-E2 is silicon monolithic integrated circuit,7-channel switching regulator controller for digital camera.
Features of the BD9740KN-E2 are:(1)wide input voltage range(1.5V to 10V); (2)controls up to 7 switching regulators:step up converter(1 channel),step-down converter(1 channel),configurable for step-up conversion(3channels),positive to negative converfer(1 channel),configurable for step-up converter for LED(1 channel); (3)synchronous rectifying action mode(2channels)built-in FET transistor(1channel).
The absolute maximum ratings of the BD9740KN-E2 can be summarized as:(1)power supply voltage:-0.3~12V(VBAT VCC,PVCC); (2)power supply voltage:-0.3~15V(PVCCH); (3)power input voltage:-0.3~12V (DRAIN4H,4L); (4)power input voltage:-0.3~20V(OUT1B); (5)power dissipation:500(*1)mW Pd; (6)power dissipation:760(*2)mW Pd; (7)operating temperature:-25~85; (8)storage temperature:-55~125.
