The BH6943KN is designed as one kind of LED driver IC for cellular phone that has four points of features:(1)on-chip 1 time (X1), 1.5 times (X1.5), and 2 times (X2) auto switchable high-efficiency charge pump circuit (90 mA/max);(2)6-channel brightness control constant current LED driver Io= 0 mA to 20 mA, relative error: 3% typ (Io=20 mA);(3)include thermal shutdown portection;(4)compact package VQFN20 (4.2mm x 4.2mm, heignt=0.8 mm).
