BIC1422

The BIC1422 is designed as one kind of high efficiency power-IC of MCM (multi chip module) with synchrounous rectification system chopper control, N-channel MOSFET of main switch and low side MOSFET for synchronous rectification. Maximum output is 3 A and the input voltage range is 8V to 40V. The functions of BIC1422 such as over-current protection, over-heat protection and ON/OFF control etc. are all put in the surface mount one package IC, which makes it possible to achieve a small size and light DC-DC converter with very few external components.
