BL1117

The BL1117 is a series of low dropout threeterminal regulators with a dropout of 1.2V at 1A load current.Other than a fixed version (Vout=1.8V,2.5V,2.85V,3.3V,5V),BL1117 has an adjustable version,which can provide an output voltage from 1.25 to 13.8V with only two external resistors.BL1117 offers thermal shut down and current limit functions,to assure the stability of chip and power system.And it uses trimming technique to guarantee output voltage accuracy within ±1%.BL1117 is available in SOT-223,TO-252 and TO-220 power package.

The BL1117 has 7 features.The first one is other than a fixed version and an adjustable version,output value can be customized on command.The second one is maximum output current is 1A.The third one is output voltage accuracy is within ±1%.The fourth one is range of oeration input voltage:max 15V.The fifth one is line regulation is 0.2%.The sixth one is load regulation is 0.4%.The seventh one is environment temperature is -50 to 140.

The BL1117 has some absolut maximum ratings.The maximum input voltage is 18V.The junction temperature (TJ) is 150.The environment temperature (TA) is 140.Thw storage temperature (TS) is -65 to 150 .The lead temperature and time is 260,10s.
