BT137-600D

The BT137-600D is one member of the BT137 family which is designed as the passivated triacsBT137-600D  in a plastic envelope, suitable for surface mounting, intended for use in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability and high thermal cycling performance. Typical applications include motor control, industrial and domestic lighting, heating and static switching.
