BTA10-600BRG

The BTA10-600BRG is one member of the BTA10 family which is designed as the 12 A TRIACS that is suitable for general purpose AC switching. So this device can be used as an ON/OFF function in applications such as static relays, heating regulation, induction motor starting circuits or for phase control operation in light dimmers, motor speed controllers. By using an internal ceramic pad, this device provides voltage insulated tab (rated at 2500 V RMS) complying with UL standards.

The absolute maximum ratings of the BTA10-600BRG can be summarized as:(1)Non repetitive surge peak on-state current (full cycle, Tj initial = 25°C): 105 A;(2)Peak gate current: 4 A;(3)Average gate power dissipation: 1 W;(4)Storage junction temperature range: -40 to +150 ;(5)Operating junction temperature range: -40 to +125 .
