BU2099FV is the 12bit serial in parallel out driver.

The shift data which is read with the stand rising of CLOCK with the stand rising of LCK, parallel is output in Q0~Q11.

In addition it equips also the OE terminal which designates output as "H" regardless of to the shift data.
