The absolute maximum ratings of the BU7812KN can be summarized as(Ta=25):(1)power supply voltage,VDD:-0.3V to 4.5V(AVDD,SPVDD,DVDD);(2)terminal voltage,VIN:-0.3V to (VDD+0.3)V;(3)storage temperature range,TSTG:-50 to 125;(4)operating temperature range,TOPE:-10 to 70;(5)permissible dissipation*1,PD:580mW.*1 For installed glass epoxy board(copper plate:35m in thickness,70*70mm,t=0.8mm)over Ta=25,loss decreases at a rate of 5.8mW each time the temperature rises 1.
