The CA2003 has 6 features.The first one is wide bandwidth is 100MHz.The second one is voltage gain is 0.99.The third one is high continous output current is ±100mA.The fourth one is high input impedance is 2MOhm.The fifth one is short circuit protection.The sixth one is compatible with LH0002,HA-5002 and EL2003.

The CA2003 is manufactured with the di-electric isolation process method in such a way that the NPN and PNP transistors have identical characteristics.The CA2003 is designed for military temperature range,-55 to 125,and are available in TO-99 and 8-pin HERMECTIC-DIP.The CA2003 is for operation in the industrial temperature ranges,-25 to 85,and are available in TO-99,8-pin HERMETIC-DIP and 8-pin PLASTIC MINI-DIP.The CA2003 has some absolute maximum ratings.The supply voltage (Vs) is ± 18V.The input voltage is ±15V.The input current is ±50mA.The output short circuit duration with heatsink is continuos storage temperature range J and Z package is 65 to +150.P package is -65 to +125.The operating temperature range CA2003 is -55 to +125.The lead temperature (soldering,60 sec) is 300.The DICE junction temperature (Tj) J and Z package is 175.P package is 150.
