The CA3019 consists of aixultra-fast, low capacitancediodes on a common monolithic substrate. Integrated cir-cuit conatructlon assures excellent static and dynamicmatching of the diodes, making the array extremely usefulfor a wide variety of applications fn communication end switching systems.Four of the dipdes are internally connected as a "quad" andtwo are independently accessible. The substrate Is Inter-nally connected to the 10-lead TO-5 style case.
