CA3240E

The CA3240E is designed as one kind of dual, 4.5MHz, BiMOS operational amplifier device that combines the advantages of MOS and bipolar transistors on the same monolithic chip. And this device is compatiblewith the industry standard 1458 operational amplifiers in similar packages.The offset null feature is available only when these types are supplied in the 14 lead PDIP package (E1 suffix).

Features of the CA3240E are:(1)directly replaces industry type 741 in most applications;(2)dual version of CA3140;(3)internally compensated;(4)very high input impedance (ZIN) 1.5T (Typ);(5)wide common-mode input voltage range (VICR): can be swung 0.5V below negative supply voltage rail.
