Description

The CD4528BCM is one member of the CD4528 family which is designed as the dual monostable multivibrator that can occur from either the rising or falling edge of an input pulse, resulting in an output pulse over a wide range of widths. Features of the CD4528BCM are:(1)Wide supply voltage range: 3.0V to 18V; (2)Separate reset available; (3)Quiescent current = 5.0 nA/package (typ.) at 5.0 VDC; (4)CD4528BCM Diode protection on all inputs; (5)Triggerable from leading or trailing edge pulse; (6)Capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one lowpower Schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range.
