      This is the description about Cat Cat 36-R0 of the  5 tap leading edge control, low voltage delay modules.
      When Cat 36-R0 test conditions are @ 25, the following data is available. Pulse voltage is 3.0 Volts. Rise time is 3.0 ns (10%-90%). Pulse width is 1.2 x total delay. Pulse period is 4 x pulse width. Supply current is 25 mA typical. Supply voltage is 3.3 Volts.
      Here are the Cat 36-R0 tolerances. Input to Taps + 2 ns or 5 % , Whichever is Greater Tap to Tap + 2 ns or 7%, Whichever is Greater delays measured @ 50% levels on Leading Edge only with no loads on taps Rise and Fall Times measured from 10% to 90% levels.
      The Cat 36-R0 electrical characteristics are these. Supply voltage is from 3.0 to 3.6 V. Logic 1 input voltage is 2.4 V.  Logic 0 input voltage is 0.8 V. Input Clamp Current is -20 mA. Logic 1 output current is 20 mA. Logic 0 output current is -20 mA. Logic 1 output voltage is 2.9 V. Logic 0 output voltage is 0.1 V. Cat 36-R0 Input clamp voltage is -0.5 V. Logic input current is 1 uA. Logic 0 input current is -1 uA. Logic 1 supply current is 10 mA. Logic 0 supply current is 30 mA. Operating free air temperature is from 0 to 70. Min. input pulse width of total delay is 40%. Maximum duty cycle is 50 %. Temp. coeff. of total delay (TD ) is 100 + (25000/TD) PPM/.
