Cat 9-R4

      This is the description about Cat 9-R4 of the triple line leading edge control, standard delay modules.
      When test conditions are @ 25, the following data is available. Pulse voltage is 3.2 Volts. Rise time is 3.0 ns (10%-90%). Pulse width is 1.2 x total delay. Pulse period is 4 x pulse width. Supply current is 80 mA typical. Supply voltage is 5.0 Volts.
      Here are the Cat 9-R4 tolerances. Input to output + 5% , unless otherwise specified delays measured @ 1.5 v levels on leading edge only with 15pf loads on outputs
rise and fall times measured from 0.75 v to 2.4 v levels.
      The Cat 9-R4 electrical characteristics are these. Cat 9-R4 Supply voltage is from 4.75 to 5.25 V. Logic 1 input voltage is 2.0 V.  Logic 0 input voltage is 0.8 V. Logic 1 output current is -1 mA. Logic 0 output current is 20 mA. Logic 1 output voltage is 2.7 V. Logic 0 output voltage is 0.5 V. Input clamp voltage is -1.2 V. Logic input current is 20 uA. Logic 0 input current is -0.6 mA. Short circuit output current is from -60 to -150 mA. Logic 1 supply current is 70 mA. Logic 0 supply current is 90 mA. Operating free air temperature is from 0 to 70. Min. input pulse width of total delay is 100%. Maximum duty cycle is 50 %. Temp. coeff. of total delay (TD ) is 100 + (25000/TD) PPM/.
