The DAC7644EB is one member of the DAC7644 family which is designed as the 16-bit, quad voltage output digital-to-analog converter device that can operate from a single +5V supply or from +5V and 5V supplies. And this device can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)process control; (2)closed-loop servo-control; (3)motor control; (4)data acquisition systems; (5)dac-per-pin programmers.

Features of the DAC7644EB are:(1)low power: 10 mW maximum; (2)unipolar or bipolar operation; (3)settling time: 10s to ±0.003% FSR; (4)15-bit linearity and monotonicity: 40°C to +85°C; (5)programmable reset to MID-scale or zero-scale; (6)data readback; (7)double-buffered data input.
