Description

The E910.69 is an universal IC for 3 phases full-bridge applications and is best  suited for brush-less DC motor control applications. Each half-bridge is controlled by a separate logic input. The six driver outputs are designed to allow switching from 8kHz to 20kHz.

The E910.69 IC is realized in the advanced ELMOS silicon on insulator technology (SOI) to ensure high performance even with the harsh environment of automotive under hood applications.

A sophisticated protection system E910.69 prevents the external MOSFETs from damage. A 4 MHz SPI allows to program the parameters like slew rate, short circuit, current thresholds, etc.

The E910.69 driver control voltage VFET is internally generated for 12V board net applications by the supply voltage VCP_SUP. In 42V applications the voltage VFET is supplied externally.
