DescriptionThe EL2480CSZ-T13 is one member of the EL2480 family which designed as the 250MHz/3mA current mode feedback amplifier which achieves a -3dB band-width of 250MHz at a gain of +1 while consuming only 3mA of supply current per amplifier. It can be used in (1)low power/battery applications; (2)HDSL amplifiers; (3)video amplifiers; (4)cable drivers; (5)RGB amplifiers; (6)test equipment amplifiers; (7)current to voltage converters. This device maintains about the same -3dB bandwidth, regardless of closed-loop gain and has an input voltage range that extends to within 1V of either supply.
