The EP27122A has some electrical ratings and characteristics.When parameter is IO(AV) maximum average output current Tamb=45,the rating is 1,the unit is A.When parameter is IFSM maximum,peak one cycle,non-repetitive forward current 10ms,the rating is 30,the unit is A.When parameter is VFM maximum peak forward voltage drop per diode,IFM=1.0A,the rating is 0.65,the unit is V.When parameter is IFLM typical peak reverse current per diode at rated Vmin T=25,the rating is 2.0,the unit is mA.When parameter is IFLM typical peak reverse current per diode at rated Vmin T=100,the rating is 5.0,the unit is mA.

The EP27122A current flow in a schottky barrier reclifier is due to majority carrier conduction and is not affected by reverse transients due to stored charge and minority carrier injection as in conventional PN diodes.The schottky barrier rectifier may be considered lor purposes of circuit analysis,as an ideal diode in parallel with a variable capacitance equal in value to the junction capacitance.
