EQXO-1000 Series

      EQXO-1000 Series is 14 pin Dual-in-Line Clock Ocillators.It is consist of a Universal, TTL and CMOS compatible hybrid substrate and quartz crystal in a hermetically-sealed package.The EQXO-1000 Series oscillators provide a proven and reliable source of clock signals with low unit cost.This product have seven features,the first is Industry-standard 14 pin DIL package for compatibility;the second is frequency range is 20kHz to 160MHz;the third feature is 3.3 Volts or 5.0 Volts DC and the forth is Hermetically sealed package for reliability and low ageing and Optional Tristate function,Comprehensive stock holding,Custom frequencies readily produced in Euroquartz factory are the last three features.
      EQXO-1000 Series have the EXTENDED INDUSTRIAL TEMPERATURE RANGE:The part previously specified by Euroquartz Ltd (for example: EQXO-1050UM and EQXO-1100UM) has been superceeded by the extendedindustrial temperature range part EQXO-1***UIE. This part will perform within specification over the temperature range of -55° to +105°C. Should a full military temperature range oscillator be required see specification for EQXO-1000BM series.
      There are some specification of EQXO-1000 Series.1:Storage Temperature Range is -55° to +105°C;2:Supply Voltage is +5.0 Volts DC±10%;3:Current Consumption is 15mA ~ 45mA.
