FAN7842

The FAN7842, a monolithic half-bridge gate driver IC, can driveMOSFETs and IGBTs that operate up to +200V. Fairchild?shigh-voltage process and common-mode noise canceling techniqueprovide stable operation of the high-side driver underhigh-dv/dt noise circumstances. An advanced level-shift circuitallows high-side gate driver operation up to VS=-9.8 V(typ.) forVBS=15V. The input logic level is compatible with standard TTLserieslogic gates. UVLO circuits for both channels prevent malfunctionwhen VCC and VBS are lower than the specifiedthreshold voltage. Output driver current(source/sink) is typically350mA/650mA, respectively.
