FM3130-GTR

The FM3130-GTR integrates a real-time clock (RTC) and FRAM nonvolatile memory,which operates from 2.7 to 3.6V.The FM3130-GTR provides nonvolatile FRAM which features fast write speed and unlimited endurance.This allows the memory to serve as extra RAM for the system microcontroller or conventional nonvolatile storage. This memory is truly nonvolatile rather than battery backed.

Features of the FM3130-GTR are:(1) high integration device replaces multiple parts;(2) 64Kb ferroeletric nonvolative RAM;(3) fast two-wire serial interface;(4) real-time clcok/calendar;(5) easy to use configuration.

The absolute maximum ratings of the FM3130-GTR can be summarized as:(1): power supply voltage with respect to VSS(VDD) is -1.0V to +5.0V;(2): voltage on any signal pin with respect to VSS(VIN) is -1.0V to +5.0V  and VIN VDD+1.0V ;(3):  backup supply voltage(VBAK) is -1.0V to +4.5V;(4): storage temperature(TSTG) is -55°C to + 125°C; (5): lead temperature (soldering, 10 seconds)(TLEAD) is 300° C.
