GAZ series

      GAZ series are low profile surface mount chip aluminum electrolytic capacitors with + 105°C Low Impedance.
      GAZ series have six features.The first one is that wide capacitance range of GAZ series is from 0.1 F to 100 F.The second one is about solvent proof.The third one is about low impedance.The The fourth one is about low profile.The fifth one is operating voltage range of GAZ series is from 6.3 WVDC to 50 WVDC.The last one is about extended life.
The following is about specification of GAZ series.Capacitance tolerance would be within ±20% at 120Hz and 20. Operating temperature range should be -55 to +105.Dissipation factor(Max) at 120Hz and 25°C is as follows.
When WVDC is 6.3 tan should be 0.22.When WVDC is 10 tan should be 0.20.When WVDC is 16 tan should be 0.16.When WVDC is 25 tan should be 0.14.When WVDC is 35 tan should be 0.12.When WVDC is 50 tan should be 0.12.Leakage current should be 0.01 CV or 3A, whichever is greater when times are 2 minutes.When temp is -25/ +20, impedance ratio at 120 Hz should  respevtively be 2,2,2,2,2 and 2 corresponding to WVDC are 6.3, 10, 16,25,35 and 50.When temp is -40/ +20 the corresponding impedance ratio at 120 Hz should  respevtively be 5,4,4,3,3 and 3.Load life should be 1,000 hours at 105 with rated voltage when capacitance change 25% of initial measured values,dissipation factor 200% initial specified value and leakage current 100% Initial specified value.
Shelf life should be 1000 hours at 105°C with no applied voltage.Units will meet load life specification.Capacitors placed on a 250°C hot plate for 30 seconds with their electrode terminals facing downward will fulfill the following conditions which are capacitance change 10% of the initial measured value,dissipation factor 100% of specified value and leakage current 100% of specified value after being cooled to room temperature.
