GCD4402

The GCD4402 is designed to perform the basic signal processing in CCD monochrome camera through a single chip. This bipolar IC is most suitable for compact usage and low power consumption.

GCD4402 has six features. (1)Processing from CCD output to 75 video output with a single chip. (2)Wide variable AGC (1 to 32dB typ). (3)Built-in operational amplifier for AGC loop. (4)75 line capacitance minimized using sag compensation function. (5)Variable while clip level realize wide dynamic range (140 IRE). (6)32pin TQFP. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of GCD4402 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 7V. (2)Its storage tenperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. (3)Its operating temperature range would be from -20°C to +75°C. (4)Its allowable power dissipation would be 500mW. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of GCD4402 are concluded as follow. (1)Its current consumption would be min 45mA and typ 50mA and max 65mA. (2)Its minimum value of AGC max would be typ 18dB and max 20dB. (3)Its minimum value of AGC CONT would be typ 1dB and max 4dB. (4)Its maximum value of AGC CONT would be min 30dB and typ 32dB. (5)Its AGC CONT 10dB would be min 8dB and typ 10dB and max 12dB. (6)Its AGC OUT DC would be min 2.25V and typ 2.55V and max 2.85V. (7)Its 1 output level would be min 530mV and typ 630mV and max 730mV. (8)Its 2 output level would be min 580mV and typ 680mV and max 780mV. (9)Its linear AMP gain would be min 1.5dB and typ 2.6dB and max 3.5dB. (10)Its DET OUT DC would be min 1.8V and typ 2.0V and max 2.2V.
