GDF64

      The GDF64 VCXOs are designed to be packaged in a 6 pad 11.4 x 9.6m SMD package.It is typical phase jitter for GDF series VCXOs is 0.4 ps.Its output is LVDS.It also has many applications include phase lock loop, SONET/ATM, set-top boxes,MPEG , audio/video modulation, video game consoles and HDTV.
      It has five features.The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 38MHz to 640MHz.The second one is that it has LVDS output.The third one is its supply voltage would be 3.3 VDC.The fourth one is that its phase jitter would be 0.4ps typical.The fifth one is that its pull range would be from ±30ppm to ±150ppm.
       Some important specifications have been concluded into several points.The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 38.0MHz to 640.0MHz.The second one is about its supply voltage which would be 3.3 VDC ±5%.The  third one is that its output logic would be LVDS.The fourth one is that its RMS period jitter would be 3.0ps typical.The fifth one is about its peak to peak jitter which would be 20.0ps typical and 30.0ps maximum.The sixth one is about its phase jitter which would be 0.4ps typical and 5.0ps maximum.The seventh one is about its initial frequency accuracy which would be tune to the nominal frequency with Vc= 1.65 ±0.2VDC.The eighth one is about its output voltage HIGH (1) which would be 1.4 Volts typical.The ninth one is about its output voltage LOW (0) which would be 1.1 Volts typical.The tenth one is about its pulling range which would be from ±30ppm to ±150ppm.The eleventh one is about its control voltage range which would be 1.65 ±1.35 Volts.The twelfth one is about its storage temperature which would be from -55° to +150°C.The last one is about its rise/fall times which would be 0.5ns typ., 0.7ns max from 20% Vdd to 80% Vdd.
