The GM71CS18160CLT6 is a kind of new generation dynamic RAM organized 1,048,576*16 bit.It uses advanced CMOS process technology to reach higher density, higher performance and various functions. It offers a Fast Page Mode as a high speed access mode. It is packaged in standard 400 mil 44(50) pin plastic TSOP.
