(2)Its operating temperature range would be from -10°C to +70°C. (3)Its storage temperature range would be from -20°C to +70°C. (4)Its soldering temperature would be 260°C. (5)Its recommended supply voltage would be from 4.5V to 5.5V. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
