GT2153

      The GT2153 of positive, linear regulators feature low quiescent current (30A typ.) with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery applications. This rugged device has both Thermal Shutdown, and Current Fold-back to prevent device failure under the"Worst" of operating conditions. The SOT-26 version also features a "Power Good" detector, which pulls low when the output is out of regulation. The GT2153 is stable with an output capacitance of 2.2F or greater.
     It has ten unique features which is as follows : The first one is the very low dropout voltage. The second one is guaranteed 300mA output. The third one is over-Temperature shutdown. The forth one is current limiting. The fifth one is short circuit current fold-back. The sixth one is typical accurate is ± 2.0%.The seventh one is adjustable output voltages. The eighth one is power-saving shutdown mode. The ninth one is power good detector. The tenth one is low temperature coefficient. At the same time, it also has seven applications; The first one is battery powered widgets. The second one is instrumentation. The third one is wireless devices. The forth one is PC peripherals. The fifth one is portable electronics. The sixth one is cordless phones. The seventh one is electronic scales.
