GXO-U114G

      The GXO-U114G is designed as 1.8V CMOS oscillator.
      It has three features. The first one is that it would have low voltage and low power consumption. The second one is that it would have ceramic package with metal lid. The next one is that it would have enable / disable tristate function. That are all the main features.
      Some important specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 30.0 to 70.0MHz. The second one is about its frequency stability which would be ±100ppm. The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -10 to +70°C. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55 to +125°C. The next one is about its supply voltage which would be +1.8V (±5%). The next one is about its supply current which would be 15mA max. The next one is about its logic level which would be '0' level = 20%Vdd max and '1' level = 80%Vdd min. The next one is about its start up time which would be 10ms max. The next one is about its waveform symmetry which would be 40:60 max @ 50%Vdd. The next one is about its driving abolity which would be 15pF HCMOS. The next one is about its rise / fall time which would have the maximum of 3.5ns. The next one is about its enable / disable function which means tristate (control via pad 1) and 100ns / 100ns max. That are all the main specifications.
