HA12417

      HA12417 has been developed as the AM tuner for car radio.HA12417 is encapsulated in a SIP-16 pin (Vertical Plastic Package). These IC's employ the same chips,and their feature is as follows.First,it is a complete 1-chip AM tuner.Secondly,its automatic gain control circuit at RF stage for the better performance under high input.Thirdly,it has high AGC FOM (63db typ).The fourth one is that it has low distortion (0.4% at 74 dB input).The fifth one is that it has better beat performance.The sixrh one is that it has large two-signal selectivity (55 dB typ. under desired signal of 54 dB).The last one is that the standard supply voltage range is 10.8 V through 15.6 V,and local oscillation stopping voltage is less than 6 V.
      What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25).The supply voltage (V_CC) is 16 V.The power dissipation (Topr=70 ) (P_D) is 550 mW.The storage temperature (T_stg) is from -55 to +125.The operating temperature (T_opr) is from -30 to +70.
