HA17384PS

      The HA17384PS is designed as control IC for PWM (pulse width modulation) switching regulator.These ICs are suitable for primary control system, and the standby current are as small as 500A (max).These ICs enable the regulator set size to miniaturize, and to improve power efficiency of these sets.It is able to drive the power MOSFET directly and have higher switching frequency of up to 500kHz max.
      It has seven features.The first one is that it would have high speed switching.The second one is that it would have low power dissipation.The next one is that it would have under voltage lockout protection.The next one is that it would drive the power MOSFET directly: output peak current 1.5A max.The next one is that it would have output double pulse protection with a 1 pulse latched overcurrent protection circuit.That are all the features.
      Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be +40V.The second one is about its error input voltage which would be from -0.3V to +6.3V.The next one is about its comparator input voltage which would be from -0.3V to +6.3V.The next one is about its error amp output current which would be 10mA.The next one is about its power dissipaion which would be 830mW.The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -20 to +85°C.The next one is about ts storage temperature range which would be from -55 to +125°C.Something should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are limiting values, to be applied individually, beyond which the device may be permanently damaged.Functional operation under any of these conditions is not guaranteed.Exposing a circuit to its absolute maximum ratings for extended periods of time may affect the device's reliability.And so on.For more information please contact us.
