DescriptionThe HCNW3120-500E is one member of the HCNW4504 family which is designed as the high CMR, high speed optocoupler that can be used in (1)Inverter Circuits and Intelligent Power Module (IPM) interfacing; (2)Line Receivers: Short Propagation Delays and Low Input-Output Capacitance; (3)High Speed Logic Ground Isolation - TTL/TTL, TTL/ CMOS, TTL/LSTTL; (4)Replaces Pulse Transformers - Save Board Space and Weight; (5)Analog Signal Ground Isolation - Integrated Photodetector; (6)Provides Improved Linearity over Phototransistors.
