DescriptionThese HCPL-0531 dual channel optocouplers contain a pair of light emitting diodes and integrated photodetectors with electrical insulation between input and output.
Separate connection for the HCPL-0531 photodiode bias and output transistor collectors increase the speed up to a hundred times that of a conventional phototransistor coupler by reducing the basecollector capacitance.
