DescriptionThe HCPL3700 voltage/current threshold detection optocouplerconsists of an AlGaAs LED connected to a threshold sensinginput buffer IC which are optically coupled to a high gaindarlington output. The HCPL3700 input buffer chip is capable of controllingthreshold levels over a wide range of input voltages with a singleresistor. The output is TTL and CMOS compatible.
