HD44007A General Description
The HD44007A is designed as one kind of sync signal generator for TV cameras (NTSC, PAL/SECAM). The functions of this device are:(1)four times chroma sub-carrier oscillator frequency;(2)(B-Y) and (R-Y) chroma sub-carrier output circuit;(3)active filter genlock phase detector;(4)horizontal programmable logic array;(5)vertical programmable logic array;(6)horizontal / vertical programmable logic array.
The absolute maximum ratings of the HD44007A can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage: 10 V;(2)input voltage: -0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V;(3)power dissipation (Ta=85): 450 mW;(4)operating temperature: -30 to +85 ;(5)storage temperature: -55 to +125 .
