The HD61602R is designed as one kind of liquid crystal display driver LSIs with a TTL and CMOS compatible interface.Each of the LSIs can be connected to various microprocessors.HD61602R incorporates the power supply circuit for the liquid crystal display driver.Using the software-controlled liquid crystal driving method,several types of liquid crystals can be connected according to the applications.Also it is a liquid crystal display driver LSI only for static driver and has 64 segment outputs that can display 8 digits per chip.
Features of the HD61602R are:(1)wide-range operating voltage;(2)low current consumption can run from a battery power supply;(3)internal power supply circuit for liquid crystal display driver-internal power supply circuit for liquid crystal display driver facilitates the connection to a microprocessor system.
