HD74HC574FP

The HD74HC574FP belongs to the HD74HC574 series. It is a kind of octal D-type positive edge triggered flip-flop with 3-state noninvertering outputs. It is available in SOP-20 pin JEITA package.

There are some featurea as follows. (1) high speed operation; (2) high output current; (3) wide operating voltage which is from 2 v to 6v; (4) low input current; (5) low quiescent supply current.

(1): supply voltage (VCC) is from -0.5 V to 7.0 V; (2): input/output voltage (VIN,VOUT) is from -0.5 V to VCC+0.5 V; (3): input/output diode current (IIK,IOK) is ±20 mA; (4): output current (IO) is ±35 mA; (5): VCC, GND current (ICC or IGND) is ±75 mA; (6): power dissipation (PT) is 500 mW; (7): storage temperature (Tstg) is from 65 to 150 . Then is about its electrical characteristics. (1): the minimum input voltage (VIH) is 1.5 V at VCC is 2.0 V and TA is 25 ,and is 3.15 V when VCC is 4.5 V,and is 4.2 V at VCC is 6.0 V; (2): the minimum off-state output current (IOZ) is ±5.0 A when VCC is 6.0 V and TA is 25 ; (3): the minimum input current (IIN) is ±1.0 A at VCC is 6.0 V and TA is 25 ; (4): the minimum quiescent supply current (ICC) is 4.0 A at VCC is 6.0 V and TA is 25 ,and is 40 A when VCC is 6.0 V and TA is from -40 to 85 .
