The HI3276JCQ is an 8-bit, high-speed, flash analog-to-digital converter optimized for high speed, low power, and ease of use. With a 160MSPS encode rate capability and full-power analog bandwidth of 250MHz, this component is ideal for applications requiring the highest possible dynamic performance.

Features of the HI3276JCQ are:(1) differential linearity error is ±0.5 LSB;(2) integral linearity error is ±0.5 LSB;(3) low input capacitance is 10pF;(4) wide analog input bandwidth is 250MHz;(5) low power consumption is 550mW;(6) 1:2 demultiplexed output pin;(7) internal 1/2 frequency divider circuit (w/reset function);(8) CLK/2 clock output;(9) compatible with PECL, ECL and TTL digital input levels.
