HIN202CBN

The HIN202CBN is a kind of RS-232 transmitter/receiver interface circuit which meets all ElA RS-232E and V.28 specifications, and is particularly suited for those applications where ±12V is not available. It requires a single +5V power supply and feature onboard charge pump voltage converters which generate +10V and -10V supplies from the 5V supply.

Features of the HIN202CBN are:(1) it meets all RS-232E and V.28 specifications;(2) it requires only 0.1F or greater external capacitors;(3) high data rate which is 120kbit/s;(4) it requires only single +5V power supply;(5) onboard voltage doubler/inverter; (6) low power consumption (Typ) 5mA;(7) low power shutdown function (Typ) 1A;(8) three-state TTL/CMOS receiver outputs.
